Learning Reflection

The intent of learning reflections is two-fold: - Look Back: Summarizing your learning helps reinforce key concepts and strengthens mental models, which improves retention. - Plan Ahead: Reflection serves as a reference for future study, allowing you to track uncertainties and refine your learning strategies.
